Zapier Integration

Connect SignetX to 6,000+ apps through Zapier. Trigger workflows on contract events and automate your entire process.

Prerequisite

This integration must be enabled by your workspace admin. If you don't see a Connect button, contact your admin.

What it does

  • Triggers: Start a Zap when a contract is generated, signed, sent, or expired.
  • Actions: Generate a contract, get contract details, or list templates from within a Zap.
  • 6,000+ apps: Connect to Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Airtable, and thousands more.

How to connect

  1. 1

    Click Connect in SignetX

Go to your Integrations page, find Zapier under the Automation tab, and click Connect.

  2. 2

    Authorize on Zapier

You'll be redirected to Zapier. Sign in to your Zapier account and confirm the connection.

  3. 3

    Done

Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to SignetX. The status badge will show Connected in green. You can now create Zaps that trigger on contract events.

Available triggers

  • Contract Generated — Fires when a new contract is created with AI
  • Contract Signed — Fires when a contract is signed by all parties
  • Contract Sent — Fires when a contract is emailed to a recipient
  • Contract Expired — Fires when a contract passes its expiration date

Available actions

  • Generate Contract — Create a new contract using AI from a template
  • Get Contract — Retrieve details of a specific contract by ID
  • List Templates — Get a list of available contract templates

Disconnecting

To disconnect, click the Disconnect button on the Zapier card. This revokes Zapier's access to your SignetX account. You should also remove the SignetX connection from your Zapier account.

Security

You can revoke Zapier's access at any time by disconnecting from your Integrations page. The connection uses secure OAuth 2.0 authentication — no API keys to manage.
