Google Drive Integration

Auto-save signed contracts to Google Drive and import documents directly from your Drive folder.

Prerequisite

This integration must be enabled by your workspace admin. If you don't see a Connect button, contact your admin.

What it does

  • Auto-save: When a contract is signed, a PDF copy is automatically saved to a SignetX folder in your Google Drive.
  • Import: Import existing PDF or Word documents from your Drive to analyze with AI.
  • Organized: Contracts are organized in a dedicated folder structure by date and contract name.

How to connect

    Go to Integrations

    Navigate to your Integrations page from the sidebar menu.

    Click Connect

    Find Google Drive under the Cloud Storage tab and click the Connect button.

    Authorize on Google

    You'll be redirected to Google's consent screen. Review the permissions and click Allow to grant SignetX access to your Drive.

    Done

    You'll be redirected back to SignetX. The status badge will show Connected in green. Your signed contracts will now auto-save to Google Drive.

Disconnecting

To disconnect, click the Disconnect button on the Google Drive card. This revokes SignetX's access to your Drive. Previously saved files remain in your Drive.

Permissions

SignetX only requests access to manage files in its own folder. It cannot access or modify other files in your Google Drive.
