Microsoft Teams Integration

Receive Teams channel notifications for contract events and team activity. Stay aligned without leaving your workflow.

What it does

• Real-time alerts: Get notified in a Teams channel when contract events happen.
• Customizable events: Choose which events trigger notifications — contract generated, signed, sent, expired, or team invite accepted.
• Test messages: Send a test webhook to verify your setup is working.

How to connect

   Create a Teams webhook

   Go to your Microsoft Teams channel and add an Incoming Webhook connector:

   • Open Teams and go to the channel where you want notifications
   • Click the ... menu → Connectors
   • Find Incoming Webhook and click Add
   • Name it "SignetX" and copy the webhook URL

   Open Integrations in SignetX

   Navigate to your Integrations page and find Microsoft Teams under the Notifications tab.

   Click Connect and paste the webhook URL

   Click Connect, paste your Teams webhook URL into the input field, and select which events you want to be notified about.

   Test and save

   Click Send Test Message to verify the webhook works. You should see a test message in your Teams channel. Then click Save.

Available events

• Contract Generated — A new contract was created with AI
• Contract Signed — A contract was signed by a party
• Contract Sent — A contract was emailed to a recipient
• Contract Expired — A contract has passed its expiration date
• Team Invite Accepted — A new member joined your team

Disconnecting

To disconnect, click Configure on the Teams card, then click Disconnect. You should also remove the webhook connector from your Teams channel.
