Dropbox Integration

Sync contracts with Dropbox for secure cloud backup and easy sharing with external parties.

Prerequisite

This integration must be enabled by your workspace admin. If you don't see a Connect button, contact your admin.

What it does

Cloud backup: Signed contracts are automatically synced to your Dropbox as PDF files.
Share via links: Generate Dropbox share links for contracts directly from SignetX.
Import: Import existing documents from Dropbox to analyze or use as templates.

Go to Integrations
Navigate to your Integrations page from the sidebar menu.

Click Connect
Find Dropbox under the Cloud Storage tab and click the Connect button.

Authorize on Dropbox
You'll be redirected to Dropbox's consent screen. Review the permissions and click Allow to grant SignetX access.

Done
You'll be redirected back to SignetX. The status badge will show Connected in green. Your signed contracts will now sync to Dropbox.

To disconnect, click the Disconnect button on the Dropbox card. This revokes SignetX's access. Previously synced files remain in your Dropbox.
