SignetX is an AI-powered contract generation platform that allows users to create, edit, sign, and export legally-formatted contracts. Our services include contract templates, AI-generated content, e-signature functionality, and PDF export.
SignetX is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
The contracts generated by our platform are based on AI processing of templates and user inputs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any generated contract is legally binding, enforceable, or appropriate for your specific situation. Using SignetX does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and SignetX, its employees, contractors, or affiliates. No communication through SignetX constitutes legal advice or professional legal services. You should consult with a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before relying on any generated contract.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving every word of any contract before signing, sending, or relying on it.
SignetX generates drafts based on your inputs and AI processing. These drafts may contain errors, omissions, outdated legal language, or clauses that are not appropriate for your jurisdiction or situation. You must read and review the entire contract before use. SignetX is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to review the generated content, including but not limited to legal disputes, financial losses, or business harm.
SignetX uses artificial intelligence to generate contract drafts. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, outdated legal references, or language that does not comply with the laws of your specific state, country, or industry. We do not warrant that any generated contract is accurate, complete, current, or legally enforceable. The AI may produce different outputs for the same inputs on different occasions. You should always have a qualified attorney review any contract before execution.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use SignetX. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
You agree not to: (a) use SignetX for unlawful purposes; (b) generate contracts for fraudulent or deceptive activities; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) reverse engineer or decompile our software; (e) use automated tools to scrape or abuse our services.
SignetX offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for refund requests.
You retain ownership of the contracts you generate. SignetX retains ownership of its platform, templates, and software. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our templates or platform code without permission.
SignetX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated contracts will be legally valid or enforceable in any jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignetX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to SignetX shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. If you have not paid anything, our liability is limited to USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignetX, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of SignetX; (b) any contract you generate, sign, or distribute using SignetX; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SignetX shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the state of Delaware. You and SignetX each waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This arbitration provision survives termination of your account.
SignetX is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for downtime, service interruptions, data loss, or any damage resulting from the unavailability of the platform. We are not responsible for any data you input into the platform — you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide when generating contracts.
SignetX owes no fiduciary duty to any user. Nothing in these Terms or on our platform creates any duty of care, loyalty, or good faith beyond what is expressly stated herein. You acknowledge that SignetX is a software tool, not a fiduciary, and you make all decisions regarding the use of generated contracts independently.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any arbitration or legal action arising from these Terms shall be conducted in Delaware. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of SignetX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
